My name is Michael Gurske and I work for Jomi. Since 2020, we have been dealing with drinking water treatment: it is our core business.

For a long time, we mainly worked with reverse osmosis systems, but thanks to our collaboration with On Water, we have expanded our offering to include carbonators.

Before this course, we had no particular doubts: the training we had received in recent years had already been very useful.

However, this course was designed primarily for colleagues and partners, to offer even more in-depth and professional information on the internal workings of the machines and complaint management.
